THE SHACKLE is especially crafted as a jewelry design. It is not suitable for any other usage, please use it for its sole purpose. For the sizing information about the bracelets please contact us (sales@solloshi.com) as delivery will proceed ONLY after we received all relevant data.

The inner size of CRONUS’ cartridge match the standard cigarette size. For smaller or larger than standard cigarillos and/or cigars custom sized cartridges may be required.

For the THEMIS BULLET AND HYPERION humidors you need to purchase a special tool in our web store to replace the humidor crystals in the tank when replacement time is due.

With ALL OUR PRODUCTS PLEASE ALWAYS check the recommended inner cigarillo/cigar sizes!

If you do not find  the suitable size in our web store but you adore the products’s design, please contact us at sales@solloshi.com and we will check IF we can make one for you with your desired requirements.

PLEASE TREAT ALL of our products as they are jewelries. We do not bear any liabilities from scratches. You can purchase cleaning wipes and polishing paste in our web store.

It is possible to repolish the products or even refit some serious damages. In case such damage would happen to the products, please contact us for further details.

We bear no liabilities for refilling the humidor containers with humidor crystals, or the damage that your cigarillos/cigars suffer due to lack of humidity. The humidor container manufacturer packs the products in dry status, filled with humidor crystals.

THE PRODUCTS are manufactured for keeping cigarillos and/or cigars. No other usage is allowed.

THE HUMIDORS automatically slide in and out with the flow of air when you open the products. Simply open and turn upside down the part where the humidor is. Please do not force the container as it might stuck into the tube due to such action. In case the container gets jammed, please contact us.

THE BRACELET 

The caoutchouc must be sized up before shipping, in the interest of this. Please contact us!

2. Ordering steps

After You ordered a product via our Website, we send a confirmation e-mail which contains all the order information which were used during the purchase (e.g.: the date of order, list of the ordered product(s), shipping and billing information).

Its purpose is to confirm that we received your purchase request. Please note that this confirmation e-mail does not create any contractual obligation for us until the confirmation e-mail with information about the product availability and the shipping data (tracking number, expected arriving date, etc) is sent.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel the order of the goods You purchased by sending an email with „CANCELLATION OF ORDER” subject to sales@solloshi.com, any time WITHIN 8 HOURS of the purchase. 

If, however, we have started to perform the shipping before you exercise your right to cancel, then the right to cancel is lost. No refunds are available in respect of the products and/or its parts.

All orders that you place via this Website are deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the products that we supply are subject to these Terms and are subject to acceptance of the order by ourselves. We may chose not to accept any order without providing a reason.

You are presented with a range of choices during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read and understand these choices before you proceed with any purchase. Please contact us during usual UK office hours (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. GMT) if you are hesitant about anything, before you proceed with a purchase (Please note that while we endeavour to respond to enquiries promptly, we cannot guarantee to do so. It remains your responsibility to take advice about the product you intend to buy before the order is placed).

Delivery

When you order from us, we send the products via economy courier service (DHL, etc) unless stated otherwise. Please note that we have no supervision or control above the exact shipment time, but we will do our best to help You to receive the order as soon as possible.

After the purchase, you will receive the shipment TRACKING code within 3 WORKING DAYS. Average shipment time is expected to be 10 WORKING DAYS after the purchase.

3. Price pf products

The price for any products that you purchase from us is as indicated under the option you select and unless otherwise stated, all prices are gross prices, INCLUDING VAT at the prevailing rate.

The total purchase price - including VAT - if any, will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to confirming the order. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly on email (sales@solloshi.com).

 4. Terms of shipping

Shipping cost is excluded in the purchasing price, except if stated otherwise on the Website.

Customer is responsible for any and all duties, customs fees and taxes associated with the delivery. Please check the customs requirements with your government customs department.

Users will accept these terms by placing the tickle (V) on this internet web store. and has reached the minimum age of 18/19 (or the age limit of your location).

The arrival of the shipment depends on several factors.

Should you detect any damage due to transportation, contact us immediately via email (sales@solloshi.com). The shipping is insured, and insuranc is available if you report the damage within the time stated in the supplier’s terms and conditions.

5. Payment & Other Terms

Minimum age required. You must be at least 18/19 years of age (and/or the age minimum to purchase such product in your location) to purchase tobacco or tobacco related products. Customer importing goods from us is responsible for any and all duties, customs fees and taxes associated with the delivery. Check requirements with your government customs department. Goods will be shipped only after receiving your payment by credit card/Paypal/bank transfer. Please note that all extra payment fees will be paid by the Customer.

Wire transfers can be expensive for overseas transactions. Check with your bank, as Customers pay the bank fees. If You would like to wire transfer the purchase price to us, please contact us with Your request via email (sales@solloshi.com) for Bank details.

We bear no liability for the accuracy of the information contained on the Site or elsewhere, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. 

6. Warranty

The warranty applies only to the original registered owner(s) and not transferable.  Proof of purchase is required for any claim connected to warranty. The warranty applies only to products purchased via our Website (www.solloshi.com) or our authorized dealers. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, but does not cover damage from improper use, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper repair and/or physical damages. Any changes to the original design shall void warranty coverage. 

7.  Protection and Confidentiality of Customer Data

The Website handles data and information in accordance with all applicable laws. Your information, whether public or private, will NOT be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. We may send periodic emails to the email address you provide ed for order processing, and marketing purposes. (promotion, survey etc).

Any informations we collect from you may be used to personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs), to improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from You, to improve customer service. Your information helps us to respond to the customer service requests more effectively and support needs.

 12.  Force Majeure – supply of goods ordered through the Website

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, accidents, wars, fire or failure of any telecommunications computer systems, and/or of third party (courier service, etc) failure event occur.

If a Force Majeure event shall occur, we agree to notify you as soon as possible. If the Force Majeure event continues for more than 14 days, either party shall have the right to cancel the agreement and where the goods have been paid for in advance but have not been shipped, you will be entitled to a refund from the date of cancellation for all such services.
